Last Week of Testing!

Good Evening Pugh Tribe! The end of testing is near. The students have been working very hard on each and every test. Tomorrow is our last IOWA testing day. Since our homework is grade wide, we will not be having math homework this week. However, students are required to read 30 minutes everyday and log it on their Reading Log.   For extra math and reading practice, I recommend having your student use Xtra Math and Read Theory. Please make sure you read and sign your students agenda each and everyday. Thank you again for all that you do with your students at home. Have a great week! Ms. Pugh

Good Morning!    Hope you all enjoyed an extended weekend. I am glad to have everyone back in the classroom today. Due to COGAT testing, we will not have math homework. However, I am still encouraging students to read between 20-30 minutes each night and log it on their Reading Log. If students would like to practice multiplication, they are able to use XTRA Math for the additional practice.     I have enjoyed seeing what your students have read at home and building that personal reading stamina is great! I have attached the September newsletter which will also be in your students take home folder this afternoon. Have a great rest of the week. -Ms. Pugh
