Week of October 28th

Happy Monday Pugh Tribe!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Here is a look into what we will be doing this week.

Math: We took a quiz on properties of multiplication and I will use these quizzes to create my groups for the rest of the week. I will meet with these students for additional practice before the big test. Tomorrow through the rest of the week will be multiplying by multiples of 10. Here is a link to a video modeling how to solve these types of problems.

Reading: We will be reviewing different text features with informational texts. Starting Wednesday, we will be reviewing different text structures such as poems, stories, and dramas.

Red Ribbon Week: 
-Tuesday: Silly socks and hair
-Wednesday: Bring in old towels and blankets for the local animal shelter
-Thursday: Book Character Parade you may dress up as your favorite BOOK character. Remember to bring the book to school that day.
-Friday: College shirt day

Good Morning Pugh Tribe! Happy Warm-Hearted Wednesday ! We have had a very busy week so I apologize for just now posting. Here is a look at the rest of the week. Math: We have been continuing our unit on area. We will be practicing through tomorrow and assessing on Friday to show our understanding of area and how we use dimensions to solve for area. Week of February 25th

Good Morning Pugh Tribe! I hope you all had a restful Winter Break. We had a great first day back yesterday! Here is a look into what is happening in the Pugh Tribe this week. Math: We were introduced to line plots yesterday and will continue line plots through most of the week. Week of January 29th

Good Evening Pugh Tribe! This week we will be focusing on fractions represented on a number line. I have attached a learnzillion video that will provide a few more examples that relate to the standard that is being taught. Homework packets were distributed today for students to bring home to show you their hard work. If you could please sign the packet and return to school that would be much appreciated.
